Cancellation Policy Birthday Packages

The deposit is non–refundable

Cancellation more than 15 days of party
Deposit can be applied to membership card.

Cancellation within 14 days of party
100% loss of deposit

Cancellation more than 14 days of party and re-scheduling the birthday within 1 month
no administrative fee

Cancellation within 7 days of party and re-scheduling the birthday within 1 month
$25 administrative fee

Deluxe / Character Cakes
Please note that if you cancel the party less than 5 days in advance you will be required to collect the cake and pay the $20 charge for the deluxe cake. This will only be waived if we are able to cancel the cake order.
